TAX PLANNING
We provide tax planning advice to domestic and foreign businesses and natural persons. Tax planning is offered to clients who are just planning to start a business and to businesses with a long track record on the market.
The team assesses the company’s current performance and tax efficiency and recommends possible legal, tax and accounting solutions for implementation. Once objectives and an implementation plan have been established, actions to achieve the objectives are monitored.
During tax planning, we pay particular attention to the assets already developed by the business, increasing their importance in reducing the tax burden. Tax, civil law, accounting, and finance regulations are taken into account. The requirements that arise from the MLI Convention and the provisions of national legislation, such as withholding tax (WHT) and capital gains tax, are also taken into account.
