Anita Tułak
Lawyer, Tax Advisor, Partner at NTAX
Education and experience
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Cracow University. Tax advisor at the National Chamber of Tax Advisors. Anita has passed through all levels of career in accounting and tax law, from assistant to partner of a law firm. She started her professional career already during her law studies at the family tax advisory firm of Anna Powroźnik in Jordanów. She has worked for recognized private consulting firms and the “big four” company PwC.

Anita specializes in day-to-day tax and accounting services for businesses. She advises on income taxes and VAT, analyses the possibility of applying tax reliefs, which she implements at the clients she serves. She represents taxpayers before the National Tax Administration authorities, in all instances.
Anita coordinates work on ongoing tax projects, and also supervises the team of accountants in the provision of bookkeeping services and other services offered by the firm.
Anita has 14 years of professional experience gained in a family-owned tax advisory firm, private consulting firms and a “BIG 4” company.

Norbert Tułak
Lawyer, Tax Advisor, Managing Partner at NTAX
Education and experience
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Cracow Academy, where he continues his studies as a doctoral student. Student of the Executive MBA programme conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics. Tax advisor at the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.
Areas of specialization: PIT, VAT, Inheritance and Gift Tax
He specializes in tax planning and the creation of effective business structures for domestic and foreign businesses, as well as in representing taxpayers before authorities during tax and customs inspections and administrative proceedings.
He advises natural and legal persons on income and VAT taxes, inheritance and gift taxes and on commercial transactions, mainly in the real estate market.
He is responsible for making decisions regarding the operation of the law firm, including aspects related to strategy, external communication, implementation of technological solutions and HR management.
Norbert’s legal interests also include holding and civil law, with a special focus on family law and the subject of matrimonial property regimes, which he is studying as part of his doctoral thesis.
He is the author of publications on civil and tax law in academic journals and specialist press, including as an expert in the tax section of Forbes magazine.
Norbert has 10 years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer in investment banks and international companies.

Maciek Kowalówka
Chief Operating Officer at NTAX
Education and experience
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and admitted as a Legal Counsel by the Cracow Bar Association in 2015.
Areas of specialization: PIT, VAT, Inheritance and Gift Tax
Maciek serves as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the creation and optimisation of internal processes and stakeholder communication. He supports brand development at GGI and has extensive experience in international environments, including the US and Chinese markets. He is registered as a solicitor and his experience includes working at a law firm specialising in Global Mobility Solutions (GMS).
He is interested in business strategies and their implementation in fast-growing organisations, as well as the impact of leadership on organisational culture.
Maciek has international market experience, specializes in business strategies and organizational culture, and oversees internal processes and stakeholder communication.

Michał Gryz
Legal Counsel L.L.M., Contract Partner at NTAX
Education and experience
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and the Catholic University of America. He completed his legal training with honours. He is a legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow.
Areas of specialization: PIT, CIT, VAT, transfer pricing
Michał specializes in legal services in the preparation and negotiation of contracts in the IT, new technologies and e-commerce sectors.
He advises natural and legal persons on income taxes and VAT, on commercial transactions and comprehensively implements and supervises tax projects, mainly in the field of transfer pricing.
Michał is fluent in legal English, which he confirms with the acquired ILEC certificate and a diploma from the School of American Law conducted by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
He professionally prepares legal documentation in English and translates contracts and legal texts.
Michał has many years of professional experience in providing legal and tax advice to capital companies and businesses in the IT and e-commerce sectors.

Izabela Stachura
Accounting Specialist, Independent Accountant at NTAX
Education and experience
Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Cracow University of Technology and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology.

Izabela specializes in providing bookkeeping services to Polish and foreign businesses as well as financial reporting. Izabela is distinguished by her knowledge of the property development industry and tax regulations related to real estate transactions.
Izabela has experience in the practical application of the provisions of the Accounting Act and the Tax Ordinance. She builds her specialization in corporate income tax and VAT, participates in tax projects and supports tax advisors.
Izabela has several years of experience in full bookkeeping for domestic and international companies, including as an independent accountant at a leading regional property developer.t

Paulina Szwed
Accounting Specialist, Independent Accountant at NTAX
Education and experience
Graduate of both the Kielce University of Technology and the Cracow University of Economics. She graduated in economics with specializations in business finance and economic and financial analysis. Paulina started gaining her first experience in accounting during her studies, working in an accounting office. She has been working in accounting since 2018 and has many years of experience working with chartered accountants.

Paulina specializes mainly in running companies and is developing in the topic of the single-entry accounting system. Her many years of experience in various types of accounting and financial auditing allow her to have a comprehensive approach to clients and accounting. She has completed a certified human resources specialist course. She has been working with the NTAX law firm since 2024. At work, she values commitment, reliability and the quality of her services.
Paulina has many years of professional experience in accounting and financial auditing, including working with chartered accountants. She specializes in providing accounting services for companies.

Sergiusz Morańda

Education and experience
Sergiusz is currently a law student at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, specializing in corporate law. Previously, he hosted podcasts such as “Szeroko” during his high school years and “Tax(s)tation” at the Jagiellonian University.

Sergiusz is passionate about combining his knowledge of taxes and corporate law with modern communication strategies.
